News 4 & Fox 11 -- A high-profile murder case in Storey County is on hold, and now there's a chance it may never go to trial.
Bret Black, who was charged in the murder of his wife Judy in the Virginia Highlands back in 2014, has been found incompetent to stand trial, according to court documents.
The case had been scheduled to go trial in October, but it was postponed in order for Black to undergo psychiatric testing.
Black will undergo treatment, but -- for now -- his criminal case is on hold.
