Sparks man arrested for producing and possessing child pornography

A Sparks man is behind bars after being caught producing and possessing child pornography, according to Sparks police.

On Thursday, Feb. 16, Sparks police responded to the report of a possible child molestation between a 24-year-old male and a 3-year-old child.

After initial investigations, authorities determined that the suspect, later identified as Dillan Shattuck Rogers-Early had produced and possessed child pornography.

Police also discovered that Rogers-Early also had lewd contact with a 3-year-old child.

The Sparks man was booked into the Washoe County Jail on two counts of use/permit a minor under 14 years of age to produce child pornography, two counts of possession of visual pornography of a person under 16 years of age, and two counts of lewdness with a child under the age of 14.
