RPD: Victim of deadly shooting at Paradise Park ID'd; suspect at-large
A homicide investigation is ongoing after one person was killed in a shooting at Paradise Park early Friday morning.
Authorities responded to the park just before 3:45 a.m. on Aug. 4, that's where they found a male with multiple gunshot wounds who was pronounced dead on scene.
The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Trezelle Holloway, of Reno, according to Reno Police.
Police say the shooting appears to be gang related. The circumstances leading up to the shooting, however, are still unclear.
The suspect is still at-large, according to Reno Police.
Another shooting happened at Paradise Park on Saturday, July 29. Police located a male with a gunshot wound to his low extremities who is expected to live. A suspect still has not been located in that case.
The Robbery and Homicide Unit is taking over the investigation.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Reno Police at 775-334-2188 or Secret Witness at 322-4900. Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide.
