Care Mobile to provide affordable dental care for kids in N. Nevada
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will arrive in Northern Nevada later this month to provide affordable dental care for children, according to organizers.
The mobile program is provided through the Nevada Health Centers, a non-profit, and it will have a dentist, a hygienist and dental assistants available.
Services will include exams, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments, fillings, x-rays and extractions, organizers say.
The mobile clinic will arrive starting Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 28 and 29, at the McDonald's on 3905 S. Carson St. in Carson City.
It will then move to Pau Wa Lu Middle School in Gardnerville on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 30 and 31.
It will make its final stop at Silver Stage Elementary School in Silver Springs on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
