RENO, Nev. (News 4) — The Food and Drug Administration has again delayed a deadline requiring restaurants to comply with a six-year-old law requiring calories labels on menus.
Restaurants and other retailers originally had until the end of 2015 to comply.
Last summer, the FDA pushed the deadline back to the end of 2016. And just this month, It was pushed back again to 2017.
