SPARKS, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Sparks police say a 29-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries after he was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Prater Way and 4th Street on Friday, Nov. 2.
It happened about 5:45 a.m. when police responded to a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian.
According to police, the man was transported to Renown Medical Center with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The driver remained on scene and cooperated with police.
Neither speed nor alcohol appear to be factor in the crash and the driver was cited for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.
