Life finds a way. Jurassic Empire, a large, realistic Dinosaur event featuring life-like animatronics is coming to Reno next month.

Humans attending the event can travel through the prehistoric era from the Jurassic Period through the Ice Age to experience what it was like when dinosaurs ruled the earth.

The exhibit includes over 50 life-size dinosaurs in their natural habitat that move, walk and breath.

Kids can get hands-on by riding a baby dinosaur or hopping on a 12-foot animatronic T-Rex or Triceratops.

People will also get the chance to practice paleontology by digging up bones.

The event takes place at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center on January 11 and January 12.
