Community invited to Naomi Irion search party in Fernley on Saturday

FERNLEY, Nev. (News 4 and Fox 11) — The search for 18-year-old Naomi Irion who was abducted on March 12 continues with a search party set for Saturday.

Naomi's brother posted details of the search party on the Naomi Irion-Missing/Abduction-Fernley, Nevada Facebook page.

Location:

• The west parking lot behind Loves truck stop at 10:00 a.m. on March 26.
• This will be the first of a few areas for concentrated search.

Guidelines:

• The search is exclusively on foot.
• Open carry permitted, organizers ask participants to not bring rifles, however.
• All-Terrain Vehicles/Utility Terrain Vehicles not permitted.
• Children and pets prohibited from search parties.

Needs:

• Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT)/ CPR volunteers with certifications and medical bags.
• Group leaders with military or SAR experience.
