Carson City Sheriff’s Detectives are currently investigating numerous vehicle burglaries that have occurred within the last month.

According to deputies, there were two distinctive sets of burglaries that occurred by two different groups of suspects.

The first set of burglaries to vehicles occurred during the early morning hours of March 25th in the Kingsley and Kitchen Streets area of Carson City.

With assistance from the public and local businesses three suspects were identified.

The three are Daniel Redding, who is in custody, Daniel Crawford and Cody Dalhaus.

Video surveillance from private residences during the crimes and video surveillance from businesses helped in the identification of the suspects.

Warrants for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, unlawful use of a credit card, and obtaining money/goods under false pretenses have been issued for each of them.

The second set of vehicle burglaries occurred during the late evening hours of April 6th or early morning hours of April 7th in the Silver Oak Housing area of Carson City.

Detectives say they are actively working on several leads in this case and several people have provided them with pictures and videos of the suspects from their home security cameras.

Anyone providing assistance to any of these individuals by allowing them to stay with them, give them financial assistance, or conceal them could face criminal charges themselves.
