Missing Carson City woman found safe on Wed., Oct 31

    UPDATE: The Carson City Sheriff’s Office says Jillian Truesdell was found safe on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in Stockton, Calif.

    The Carson City Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm with her parents along with the Stockton Police Department through pictures to positively identify her.

    Jillian later turned herself in on the warrant she had through Parole and Probation to the Washoe County Jail.

    The Sheriff's Office says other arrests have been made in California in connection to this case.


    According to CCSO, she was last seen on August 6, 2018 at 1327 Goshute Way in Carson City, Nevada with her boyfriend Claude King.

    Jillian told her mother she was going to see her probation officer the following day in Reno and never went.

    Sheriff say she was reported as missing to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office at the end of September.

    Shortly after being reported as missing someone contacted the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Communication Center stating they were Jillian. The person stated she was not missing and fine but no one has been able to contact Jillian since.

    Jillian is described as a white female in her mid 20’s. She is 5’03”, 120 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
