Washoe County School District offering mental health, addiction help through Care Solace
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — The Washoe County School District is now offering free mental health and addiction services to families and staff in need at all hours of the day.
If a student, parent or sibling or staff member is struggling - Care Solace is a one-stop shop at any time day or night.
Care Companions will navigate local support centers - they know which ones have availability, which insurance is accepted and how to get in touch.
The companion team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to connect you to verified providers in your community.

Students, staff and families may access Care Solace services in two ways:

Care Solace is now available for use at no cost to you. They will connect you with providers accepting all medical insurances including Medicaid, Medicare and sliding scale options for those without insurance. All information entered on the Care Solace tool is completely confidential and securely stored.
