Nevada basketball gets commit from 6-10 power forward

4-star power forward K.J. Hymes tweets that he is committing to the University of Nevada.

University of Nevada men's basketball coach Eric Musselman has done it again, but this time in a "big"way. Hillcrest Academy (Phoenix, AZ) 6-10 power forward K.J. Hymes announced on his Twitter account this morning that he has picked Nevada. Hymes averaged 17 points and eight rebounds per game last season as a junior at St. Mary's before transferring to Hillcrest Academy. Hymes had a laundry list of scholarship offers that included California, Arizona State, Washington, Missouri, Oklahoma and Clemson.
