Reno Police: Pedestrian injured in collision at Red Rock & Silver Lake
RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
A pedestrian was injured in a collision Thursday night in Reno's North Valleys, according to police.
The crash was reported before 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, at the intersection of Red Rock and Silver Lake roads.
Lt. Scott Shaw with the Reno Police Department said authorities believe the pedestrian suffered a broken leg.
The driver of the vehicle involved stayed on scene, Shaw said, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
The intersection of Red Rock and Silver Lake was expected to be closed for a short period for the response.
