Celebration of life remembers Carson City student who died after crash
CARSON CITY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) —
The community gathered Monday to remember the life of a Carson High School student who died from injuries sustained in a car crash last month.
Timothy Jones, 16, was one of the seven teens involved in the rollover on Kings Canyon Road in Carson City on Nov. 9.
He was taken to a hospital after the crash but succumbed to his injuries on Nov. 26.
Hundreds of people gathered at Calvary Chapel Church to remember Timothy, who was an honor student and baseball player at Carson High.
Two other teens involved in the crash remain in critical condition, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
