This has to sting.

The Mariners and Padres were playing their final game of spring training in Arizona when a swarm of bees took over a field mic. The buzzing could even be heard on the game broadcast.

The swarm only grew from there, and soon the bees made their way onto the infield. With the Rockies batting in the top of the ninth, several players on the field dropped to the ground.

"Lookit, everybody's hitting the deck," the Padres broadcaster said.

"The bees again?" his partner asked.

"Oh my gosh, I've never seen that," he replied.
