We seek friendly and reliable individuals who are dedicated to helping customers have a great experience with CustomInk. You must understand and care about satisfying customers, and have the communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to convert customer inquiries into orders.

As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be on the front lines of winning and satisfying customers and strengthening our market position and brand identity. In this customer service role, you will be charged with assisting customers via incoming phone and email to convert leads into sales and to address any order-related needs and problems. You will offer guidance on using our web site, respond to questions about products, help create designs, and communicate the advantages of choosing CustomInk. You will remain calm under pressure to resolve concerns while working closely with internal teams and our customers.

Measures of Success
You will be responsible for being the voice of CustomInk to potential and existing customers. Accordingly, the key measures of success will be based upon:

Converting customer inquiries into orders

Ensuring stellar customer service throughout our entire process

Communicating with customers in a timely manner through both phone and email

Resolving customers' problems in a timely manner and securing them as repeat buyers

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, maintaining both high quality and solid productivity. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, along with superior customer service skills, strong computer skills, and keen attention to detail. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet, and demonstrate great problem solving abilities. You must enjoy the challenge of working with many moving parts, be flexible, and be able to easily adapt to change. You will be expected to be a team player in our supportive, intense, and results-oriented environment, so you must be helpful, professional, focused and positive, and share in our commitment to customer satisfaction.
